Marsilio's Kitchen was founded in 1951 in the famed Italian neighborhood known as Chambersburg, New Jersey. Over the decades, Marsilio's Restaurant grew into a fine dining establishment receiving numerous accolades from many food critics including The New York Times. Now Marsilio's Catering and Event Planning, owned by Alan Meinster, has matured into a coveted catering company operating out of several select locations, including the Hamilton Hilton Garden Inn, exclusively.
